The Maresfield Conservation Group currently holds details of members in both physical and digital formats. These are kept secure and will not be shared with any other organisations, except the HMRC for Gift Aid purposes.

We use our members details predominantly to communicate with members. If you wish to know what information we hold and in what format please contact the MCG committee GDPR Officer, Rob Penfold at robpenfold248@gmail.com
