NEW UKRAINE AID APPEAL 2023
A full year on since the war in Ukraine began and we are calling on Maresfield to once more unite in helping families struggling to survive in a warzone.
Please help us fill the next truck of humanitarian aid to Ukraine from St. Bartholomew’s Church, Maresfield starting Wednesday 15th to Saturday 18th March, drop off 10am to 4pm daily.
Back in March 2022, your generous response to our first appeal was magnificent with over 200 boxes of aid collected. Subsequently we sent further aid and raised funds for electro generators to be sent out to supply both heat and power to medical centres. Thankyou!
Working in partnership with Hope & Aid Direct (HAAD Reg. Charity 1077146) who, from the start of this war, have organised 44 trucks to Ukraine, will you help us fill the 45th truck and outdo our last efforts?
Our Church Café is open Wednesday mornings 9-11, so please join us on the 15th when you donate for a coffee and chat about the appeal and ongoing support offered to Ukrainian guests here in our own community. Please see below for specific items for donation.
